Noteworthy Information:

Voter Registration: Make sure that everyone is registered to vote by the deadline: July 3, 2012 at 4:30p.m. Mail-in Voter Registrations (Available at the Post Office, Library or on the county website: www.robertsoncountytn.org) and must be postmarked no later than July 3, 2012.

Republican Primary is Thursday, August 2, 2012

President

United States Senator

United States House of Representatives – 6th Congressional District

TN House of Representatives – 66th House District

County Offices to be elected:

Assessor of Property

County Commissioner – 4th District (Unexpired 2 year Term)

Highway Commissioners – All Districts

School Board Members – Districts 3, 4, 5 and 6


Qualifying Petitions for Federal and State Offices may be picked up beginning February 6, 2012.

Deadline for filing ALL Petitions is Noon on Thursday, April 5, 2012.

Qualifying Petitions must be obtained from the County Election Commission Office.

Withdrawal of Filed Petitions Deadline is Noon, Thursday, April 12, 2012. (Must be in writing and signed in person at the Robertson County Election Commission office.


SPECIAL NOTE: PHOTO ID IS NOW REQUIRED TO VOTE. College student I.D’s will not be accepted.
