SATURDAY, JUNE 3, 8:30 A.M. RCRP Patriot Potluck Breakfast and "Wipe Out" Drive (Hawaiian shirts encouraged):  Location: Purpose Life Church, 805 Memorial Blvd., Springfield, TN. Come hear from Amanda Price and Joshua Evans how you can get involved in some very important projects. We will also be participating in the "Wipe Out" drive for Open Door Pregnancy Resource Center so if you can, please wear a Hawaiian shirt, sunglasses, and bring a box of baby wipes! Free admission. MONDAY, JUNE 12, 6:00 P.M. Robertson County Chapter of the Tennessee Firearms Association Summer Supper (Hawaiian shirts encouraged).  Location: American Legion Post 45, 2730 Hwy 41S, Greenbrier, TN. Guest speaker will be Shane M. Kerwin, Owner/Founder of Personal Survival Solutions. Shane is a retired Army special forces soldier with service most recently as a 5th Special Forces Group, Fort Campbell.  His topic will be "Building a Protective System, Mindset, and Awareness." Free admission. The American Legion Riders are providing our meal for the night so no need to bring anything! MONDAY, JUNE 12, 7:00 P.M. Robertson County Board of Education Meeting, 800 MS Couts Blvd., Springfield, TN. Website: www.rcstn.net. In May the school board voted down the application for a charter school.--What a shame to not allow parents this option within our public schools. TCAP scores were just released, and it is quite evident that other education options are desperately needed.
